1. The paint color I want is not available.

If you wish to get a paint product, color or size that is not available on our CCS Paint Portal, please purchase from Home Depot and submit a rebate through the Masco Employee Purchase Program.

2. Can I order Behr Wear, Behr Cares T-shirts and paint together?

Behr Wear, Behr Cares T-shirts and Paint must all be placed on separate orders.

VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compound. There are several cities/counties/states that restrict VOC content. Due to this restriction, you may be required to purchase a low VOC product or products may not be available for purchase in your area. You will receive a warning message during checkout if a product is unable to be shipped to your location.

The spending limit is $1,500 /annually and does not roll over.

This benefit is available to full-time and part-time team members, and their immediate family members: spouse, child(ren), parent(s), grandparent(s), grandchild(ren), sibling(s).

7. Why tinted primer is recommended for certain colors?

Using a tinted primer lessens the number of coats that will be needed, since darker colors have been shown to require multiple coats.

8. How will I know when my paint order is ready?

You will receive an email notification advising you that your order is ready for pick up.

9. Can I change or cancel my paint order after it is paid for?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned.

10. Can I order paint using the old format?

The old format is no longer available, please purchase from Home Depot and submit a rebate through the Masco Employee Purchase Program.

11. Can I pick up from another DC?

All paint purchases must be picked up at your local DC. If you wish to buy paint outside your home State you will need to purchase at Home Depot and submit receipts to Masco for their Rebate.
